Beaver Works Oregon Program Manager
Think Wild is seeking to hire a full-time Program Manager for our Beaver Works Oregon Program, which aims to support beaver and native wildlife habitat on Oregon’s high desert landscapes by 1) Promoting and establishing successful beaver habitat, 2) supporting working land stewards on ways to successfully share place with beaver, and 3) building awareness of beaver as an essential keystone species.
The Program Manager of Beaver Works Oregon will lead the development and implementation of the program's initiatives and strategies to promote beaver success in Central and Eastern Oregon. The manager will be responsible for managing staff and volunteers, furthering existing and building new relationships with land stewards, coordinating partnerships, workshops, and events with other organizations and agencies, and overseeing all aspects of program operations. This is an exciting position in a quickly expanding program primed for a candidate who is looking to grow in responsibility, experience, and program management. Location based in Central or Eastern Oregon.
